In Town Check In (ITCI) operates an exclusive terminal at Piraeus Port (Gate E3):

For AEGEAN Passengers: Our Self-Check-in service is available from 48 hours up to 6 hours before your scheduled flight departure. Visit our counter to perform our self-check-in service and drop off your luggage. Our team seals and collects your bags, transporting them directly to Athens International Airport (AIA) so you can skip the airport check-in lines and head straight to your boarding gate.
For Passengers on ALL Other Airlines: While self-check-in is currently exclusive to AEGEAN passengers, you can still use our Baggage Collection & Delivery service to have your luggage collected directly from your ferry or cruise ship and transported straight to AIA airport or your accommodation.
