You may take a pocket buggy with you on board as part of your permitted hand luggage, providing it is packed accordingly and is no longer identifiable as a pram.
In addition to your item of hand luggage, you may also take one additional personal item with a maximum size of 40 x 30 x 10 cm into the cabin with you. This might be a handbag, a travel pouch or a laptop bag, for example.
